Good Service
I ordered these spare bags to have on hand. I have not used them as yet but they arrived within a week and I was happy with the service. I love my new Electrolux Harmony/Oxygen Canister. It is wonderful.


Vacuum bags
This transaction was less than satisfactory. The shipping charge, which was either never mentioned or overlooked, was more than the product and was patently outrageous. The product itself lacks the shutter type closure found on better bags and instead substitutes a terrible arrangement of a taped-on, multi-folded, hard-to-use, even harder to get into the vacuum, device. I won't buy these again.


Second time was the charm!
Unfortunately, the first one I ordered DIED in the first hour I was using it. The first refurbished vac had a small piece of plastic that broke off immediately, completely stopped working within the hour, and looked rather, well, USED.

This was a few days before Thanksgiving. I called CPO's customer service, who IMMEDIATELY shipped a replacement, along with a return shipping label. No kidding, I had the replacement two days later. The replacement looked good, went together in a snap (I realized then that the first one also lacked the little plastic levers that help you snap the wand together without a struggle), and works great.

The warranty is the same as for a new one, and given the prompt and courteous customer support, it's a heck of a deal.

I would definitely buy from them again. Things can go wrong with any purchase, but these folks seem to go the extra mile to satisfy their customers.

    Unfortunately, the first one that I died in the first hour appointed, I use it. The first vacuum cleaner was a small piece of plastic that broke renovated to become immediately ceased completely within an hour and saw utilisée.C pretty good “was a few days before Thanksgiving. I called customer service CPO, who promptly sent a replacement with a return shipping label . Seriously, I had two days to replace later. Exchanging looks good, went together in a snap (I understood then that the first was a short little plastic levers that the snap stick together without helping a fight) and works very bien.La guarantee the same to others, and as the support of the prompt and courteous service is a sacred affaire.Je really want to buy from them again. So it can go wrong with any purchase, but these people seem to go the extra mile to go to satisfy their customers. Rating: 5.4

    I ordered this replacement bags on hand. I have not used, but they came in the week and I was satisfied with the service. I love my new Electrolux Harmony / Oxygen carriage. It’s wonderful. Rating: 5.5

    The transaction was not satisfactory. The shipping costs that was either never mentioned or neglected, was more than the product, and was clearly outrageous. The product itself does not close the shutter of the type found in the improvement of bags and substitutes instead of terrible agree adhesive tape, repeatedly folded, hard to use, yet difficult to obtain in a vacuum device. I will not buy these again. Rating: 5.1
