Don't buy it
I have 2 of this that doesn't work because with 3 month of use the plastic part wears out and tends to stuck with the metal wand. Rainbow have a new model because of this (R13362 FLOOR TOOL ASSEMBLY 11 INCH W/SWIVEL).

product is fine, having problems with seller
ordered 1 brush but seller sent 2 in separate packages. Received the 1st one and called seller to ask them to credit my account for 2nd one. They claimed they'd credit my account when I sent it back. I refused shipment so it should be back to them and over 3 weeks later they have yet to credit my account for 2nd brush.

SEBO X4 / KENMORE PROFESSIONAL 12?
My wife and I bought our Kenmore "professional 12" about 10 years ago. Just recently (last week) as I do every other YEAR I gave it a PM only this time after 10YEARS, I decided to go ahead and change the Roller and the filters. After some searching for replacement in Amazon I came to find out SEBO was the maker of this wonderful vacuum. I knew it was made in Germany when I purchased it about 10 yrs.ago, but I had no idea it was this expensive. We did spend some good money for it but let me tell you... YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR !!.

Oh yes you can
To the person who complained about not being able to tip the front of the vacuum up to jump up on things:
there is a little yellow lever underneath the vacuum that controls the handle. In one setting, the handle is allowed to go all the way to the floor (if you plan on vacuuming under the bed.) The other position lets the handle come down to a foot off the floor then makes the head tip up -- so you can jump surfaces without having to pick up the entire machine.

Not that it matters -- I can pick up my X4 with three fingers -- using either one of the recessed handles designed for you to lift the thing. Or are you using the handle? Tsk, tsk.

Bad vacuum for throw rugs
Nice vacuum if you have wall to wall carpet.
If you have wall to wall tile "like we do" and throw rugs don't buy this vacuum.
It's made to go under furniture, which it does well. But because of that you can't lift
the front of the vacuum over the leading edge of throw rugs.
You have to lift the entire vacuum and place in in the middle the rug.
If you get anywhere near either end of the rug it is sucked into the vacuum and you have to turn it off.
When you get to the end of the rug you can't drag it back, you have to lift it.
To vacuum a throw rug 20" by 30" you have to lift the vacuum about 8 to 10 times.
3 rugs per room time 5 rooms I have to lift this vacuum over 100 times.
Your back gets soar.
The hose is also to short and pulls the vacuum over, if you are not really careful.
This vacuum was a big letdown for us.

There is something quite wrong with the pricing of this product. Check out the price here and compare it with Amazon's UK site. In U.K. where prices of everything is higher, the price for this vacuum, when converted from pound to dollar, is a couple of hundred dollars cheaper. What's up with this?

This vacuum changed my life! Amazing!
I bought this vacuum used on eBay after having researched it and realizing the sticker price was out of my price range. I have two dogs with long hair that shed like crazy, and a Norwegian Forest Cat (long, long poofy hair) and the pet hair in our house was so insurmountable that I have literally shed tears over it.

Our old vacuum was a Hoover Windtunnel with "pet hair attachement"...what a joke. During shedding seasons we literally had to rake our carpet with the One Sweep rubber broom before vacuuming, and even then after one room the Hoover would start burning and we'd have to get out the screwdrivers and start what we called "surgery" to get the pet hair off the agitator, which took about 30 minutes. I can't believe I lived my life like that. Also, I have pretty severe dust and pet hair allergies, so the process of vacuum "surgery" would result in bronchial inflamation, itchy skin, watery eyes and a runny nose. It was such a horrible ordeal that we didn't vacuum often, and then we would avoid having guests in our house.

We got our Sebo X4 a month ago, and it has changed my life. We don't have to rake the carpet, and when the agitator gets too much pet hair on it a little light tells you to clean it, and GET THIS- you just push a button, a door pops open, and the whole agitator pops out!!! Then you can pull of the pet hair in 15 seconds, pop it back in, and you're on your way. My allergies are not irritated when I vacuum, and we've vacuumed our hairy 1600 square foot house probably eight times now and we haven't had to change the bag. It folds down so that I can vacuum under our bed with it, and it works on wood floors! You can actually vacuum your wood floors with this upright and it doesn't blow the dirt and hair away. Best vacuum ever ever ever.

Anyone with a pet hair problem should get this vacuum- your quality of life will improve dramatically, and you can wear black again! Amazing!

Dyson DC07 Vacuum Low Reach Floor Tool
Excellent product I would recommend it to everyone who has a Dyson vacuum it is a great addition to the already fantastic product.

It is just as it seems
I bought this to get under the bed and under other low objects. It took out tons of dust from under my bed. It works great. There is no "grooming" of the carpet, because there is not a rotating brush, but the suction is great and it will get all the junk under low things.

Dyson Low Reach Vacuum Floor Tool for DC 15 The Ball
After reading the reviews for this attachment for other Dyson models I felt I had to give it a try. I hated lugging the vacuum around in the kitchen because the footprint is just too big & clumsy to navigate around the kitchen furniture. This attachment does a superb job on vinyl & wood with the bristles extended. It reaches in between cabinet doors & the floor and under built-in appliances like the dishwasher. It also gets under the fridge where the main Dyson foot does not fit. It also does a great job on the stairs with the bristles retracted - it really grabs the carpet with a tight seal!

My first complaint: Although the head swivels quite a bit to get into tight spots it doesn't swivel quite enough. I had a hard time getting between the side of my free-standing stove & the wall. I twisted every which way I could but could not maintain a seal at the very back corner.

My second complaint is that many of the attachments for the DC15 require the wand to be reversed leaving a very poorly designed "up-side-down" & uncomfortable handle to vacuum with (unless I'm doing somethig wrong? It comes with NO instructions so we made it fit the only way we could :). I have no idea why Dyson designed the vac this way - it should have been obvious that this is an uncomfortable way of assembling the attachments.

We ordered this item direct from Dyson because we couldn't tell if the Amazon version would fit our vacuum. This attachment fits ONLY the DC15 - don't order the wrong one!

Overall, since I love my Dyson, I have to give the attachment 4 stars. I'm glad I bought this item because now that I have it, I wouldn't want to be without it. Dyson should include this attachment with the vacuum -- it's a pricey addition at plus shipping!
